1. Eligibility

Coach Zee Elite Training Group is open to athletes ages 11–18 focused on the sprints and hurdles. Enrollment is limited to 20 athletes.

2. Membership & billing

Membership is $150/month, auto-billed on the 1st of each month, plus a one-time $50 non-refundable deposit at signup. Membership continues month-to-month until canceled.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by giving at least 14 days notice before your next billing date. Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

The $50 deposit is non-refundable. Monthly fees are not refunded for missed practices or partial months.

5. Liability waiver (summary)

By enrolling, the parent/guardian acknowledges that track and field training involves physical activity with some risk of injury and releases Coach Zee Elite Training Group, Legacy Runners Elite Track Club, its coaches, staff, and volunteers from liability for ordinary training injuries. The full waiver text is presented and accepted at registration.

6. Photos and media

Parents may opt in to allow photos/videos of their athlete to be used for Coach Zee Elite Training Group promotional and social media materials. Opt-in is optional and can be revoked in writing at any time.

7. Program changes

Coach Zee Elite Training Group reserves the right to modify practice schedules, locations, and program details as needed. Athletes and parents will be notified in advance.
