1. What we collect

When you register an athlete we collect parent/guardian name, email, phone, athlete name, age, school, event group, emergency contact information, and how you heard about us. We collect payment information only through our payment processor.

2. How we use it

We use your information to enroll your athlete, communicate about training, send confirmations and important program updates, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

4. Data storage

Registration data is stored in a secure database hosted by our backend provider. Access is restricted to authorized program administrators.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the program (payment processor, email service, hosting).

6. Photos and media

Photos and videos of athletes are only used for promotional or social media purposes when the parent/guardian has explicitly opted in via the photo/media release at registration.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
